Sax in Central

[post by Chris]
Another favorite New York photo. I stopped to listen to this guy was wailing on his sax in Central Park on a sunny August Day.

Italia

[post by Chris]
This boy was playing his accordion in the entrance to a tunnel leading from the Vatican. The photo takes me back to the day, the heat, the chaos, swarming tourists… and somehow this guy is sitting, composed, playing music amidst it all, seeming completely detached from the chaos that was taking place around [...]

Peru’s Children

[post by Chris]
One of my most powerful memories of my trip to Peru was of these two children. We were hiking toward the mountains and passed through many farmer’s fields. Among them were these two children who shared a home with the pigs.

Here are the falls at 7:00am, the best time of day to see them. [...]

NYC Subway

[post by Chris]
I was amazed by the efficiency of the Subway in New York. The multi-level stations were packed almost all the time, until a brief moment in between trains where the platform would be clear and quiet.

Hot

[post by Chris]
Yesterday was pretty hot which reminded me of a day I spent on the beach in Italy. After getting out of the water I started walking up the beach in my bare feet. The sand was so hot that I had to sprint the whole way up the beach to the grass. Woo, [...]
